The Travelling Hose Reel Sprinkler Irrigation Machine is suitable for the fields of small-and medium-scale growers, such as wheat fields, corn fields, soybean fields, vegetable fields, forage fields and potato fields, fiber crops such as cotton and flax. This irrigation equipment is towed to the field head. It uses the irrigation pressure water to drive the water turbine, and the water turbine drives the winch to rotate through the transmission device. The winch pulls the sprinkler cart to achieve automatic travelling and spraying.

We have designed the water turbine to be directly connected to the gearbox. This minimizes the pressure absorption, allowing the machine to run more smoothly. We use the original Italian imported four-speed direct-connected gearbox, which has more power than other Chinese brands.

For example, when the wheat grows taller or when spraying tall corn, the resistance to sprinkler irrigation will increase. The power of other brands may be insufficient, resulting in uneven irrigation or low efficiency. But our equipment still has plenty of power to work perfectly.

It runs at a low speed, with a minimum of 3-5 meters per hour, and the land will be excellently irrigated.

Irrigated land within 10 hectares

If your field area is less than 10 hectares, this high cost performance irrigation equipment is a good choice for you. 

• Average daily irrigation area of 5 hectares.

JP75-300, JP75-400, JP75-500 are available. That is, the outer diameter of the PE pipe is Φ75mm, and the pipe lengths are 300m, 400m, 500m.

• Average daily irrigation area of 5-8 hectares.

JP90-300, JP90-400 are better. That is, the outer diameter of the PE pipe is Φ90mm, and the pipe lengths are 300m, 400m.

• Average daily irrigation area of 8-10 hectares.

JP110-500, JP125-500 are more suitable for you. That is, the outer diameter of the PE pipe is Φ110mm, Φ125mm, and the pipe length is 500m.  Or spray boom irrigation system is also good.

This hose reel irrigator is easy to operate, and the water volume and irrigation range can be adjusted according to needs.
